Q: Am I eligible for this course?

A: You may take this course once every 2 years for an insurance discount. However, to dismiss a ticket you must get approval from the court your ticket was issued from. [Return]

Q: How many hours does the course take to complete?

A: Typical courses are usually 4-6 hours in length and can vary from state to state. You can start and stop the course as much as you would like to. [Return]

Q: Is there a time limit to complete the course?

A: You must complete the course within 180 days of registration. If you have not successfully completed the course within 180 days, you will be terminated without notice and will not be eligible for a refund. [Return]

Q: Do I need to save my work?

A: Your information is automatically saved. You must finish each chapter’s quiz in order to receive credit for that chapter. Simply log in using your driver's license and password. We automatically keep track of the course work completed, so the next time you log in, you can pick up where you left off. [Return]

Q: What is the course completion policy?

A: After you complete the final exam your certificate will be mailed. Certificates are mailed Monday – Friday. You must complete the course by 10AM to have the certificate sent the same day. [Return]

A: The final exam is 20 questions in length. [Return]

A: You will be allowed 2 more opportunities to take the course, then you need to take the course over again. [Return]

Q: How long does it take for my certificate to be delivered and what delivery options do I have?

A: Your course tuition includes regular mailing of your certificate. Certificates are mailed daily from Austin. We ask you to allow 5-7 business days for delivery. For your convenience, we also offer other delivery options for an additional cost. Next day delivery costs an additional $25.00. Second day delivery is $15.00. Saturday morning delivery is $35.00. Q: What if I’ve lost my certificate or need another copy?

A: You may contact a customer support representative at 800-442-1149 to request a certificate reprint if you have lost your certificate or if it contains incorrect information. [Return]

Q: What is the cost of the course and what methods of payment are accepted?

A: The cost of each course is located in the course catalog. You may pay using all major credit cards (Visa ®, MasterCard ®, Discover ® or American Express ®) or Telecheck ®. [Return]

Q: Can I take the course from various locations and computers?

A: The courses are available to you from any computer that has Internet access. [Return]

Q: Can I take this course with the AOL ® browser?

A: You can take the course with any browser of your choosing, although 360training does not support the AOL ® browser. This means our technical support team is not able to help you in the event of a problem while taking a course with the AOL ® browser. We do suggest that you use another browser while signed on with AOL ®. To do this, log in to AOL ® and minimize the program. While still connected to the Internet, click on the START button in the lower left-hand corner of your screen. Click PROGRAMS, and then click INTERNET EXPLORER ®. Q: Do I need to use a PC? What if I have a Macintosh?

A: If you have a MAC ®, then you can still sign on to take any of our classes. Many of our customers have taken their courses on MACs ® and had no problems whatsoever. However, be aware that our technical support team may be unable to assist you should you encounter technical difficulties. They do not have MACs ® and, therefore, may be unable to replicate any problem you may encounter. If you have a MAC ®, then you will need the latest version of Internet Explorer ®, as well as the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player ®. [Return]

Q: What happens if I have technical difficulties or the system malfunctions during the course?

Q: What happens if I get disconnected from the Internet?

A: If you get disconnected from the Internet, then you will need to log back into your account. If this happens, then you will be returned to the beginning of the lesson that you were working on when you were disconnected. [Return]

Q: Do I need to have sound on my computer to take these classes?

A: While sound is another feature of our courses, it is not necessary for a customer to have sound in order to learn the course material or complete the course. All information played in audio is also displayed in text by the course player. [Return]

Q: How do I get a username or password? What do I use it for? What should I do if I forget it?

A: The username and password is selected by the student. It should be something that you can easily remember. We suggest using your e-mail address. You will use the same username and password each time you attempt to log in to the virtual university page to access your course. This information is entered in the returning students section on the homepage of the virtual university. If you forget your password, then you can call 800-442-1149 to request it. [Return]
